Mediation / Resources is a two pronged consulting organization - The Mediation component provides the practical hands-on professional mediators to work with you and your conflict. The Resources component is housed as The Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution and Training and is a community mediation, ADR and training center.
The professional and volunteer mediators and staff have worked together for many years at the Worcester based Community Mediation Center and other community mediation programs. Together these mediators and trainers have more than fifty years of cumulative experience in areas of court based mediation, community/neighborhood disputes, landlord/tenant, employment, family, divorce, elder, nonprofit, religious, and so on. They have trained hundreds of community mediators, nonprofit organizations, human resources associations, law enforcement, the UN and other associations, professional groups and individuals.
